I also run MITS Land, where I find, buy, market and develop land. That's why I design for real estate: I've sourced deals through direct mail, built listing packages, tracked buyer inquiries across channels, and taken a Tampa teardown through rezoning to four townhome units.

My M.S. in I/O Psychology shapes how I research. I start with how people actually make decisions, then design the system around them. Outside of work I'm a musician, a photographer and a lover of all things outdoors.
