Open for the first time to the public since its launch in 2017, LS & Co.’s Denim Decoded focused on developing solutions to create amazing shopping experiences for their denim fans around the world. The goal was to help shoppers find their next favorite pair of Levi’s jeans, wherever and however they love to shop.

The CATCH : The clothes need to accurately fit the customer!

THE PROBLEM :

Online apparel shoppers continue to struggle with picking the right size and fit without the physical experience of the product. As LS&Co. pushes to create more seamless consumer experiences, the company is trying to make size selection more accurate, lower the percentage of online returns and related costs, increase shopper satisfaction, and lower the resources used as part of the return process. 

We are looking to pilot with individuals and companies developing technologies that can offer an inclusive and frictionless buying experience on Levi.com and the Levi’s mobile app, while factoring in consumers’ measurements, body type and personal style.

THE SOLUTION :

Create a quick, seamless, and user friendly experience that gives the customer their exact fit measurements.

Out of 12 groups who presented, our team at ReaLift came out victorious and were flown out to Levi's HQ in San Francisco to present our solution to the C-Suite Team. Pairing my favorite denim company and with my passion in product design was a dream come true! It was truly a trip of a life time!

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Using AI & ML with Lidar Scanners, shoppers take a quick encrypted photo of them while spinning 360 degrees and receive a personalized fit recommendation on any footwear product PDP page.
